Domestic assault charges dismissed against Worthington man

Dec. 4—WORTHINGTON — Charges against Kyle Hohensee of Worthington were dismissed in Nobles County Fifth District Court on Nov. 30.

Hohensee was previously facing two counts of felony and misdemeanor domestic assault, which originated after an altercation that allegedly took place on Oct. 31. However, all charges were dismissed in the interest of justice, according to court records.
